The posting

Der Familypark besteht bereits seit über 55 Jahren und hat sich in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten zum größten Freizeitpark Österreichs entwickelt. Mit über 700.000 Gästen aus dem In- und Ausland ist der Park ein bedeutender Player im österreichischen Tourismus. Derzeit werden in St. Margarethen ca. 250 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Seit März 2019 ist der Park Tochtergesellschaft der französischen Compagnie des Alpes, die in Europa insgesamt 12 Freizeitparks und zahlreiche renommierte Schigebiete betreibt. Zur Verstärkung eines wachsenden Teams suchen wir ab sofort für unseren Standort in St. Margarethen im Burgenland 2 Koch (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

Du bist für die Zubereitung und Präsentation von warmen und kalten Speisen verantwortlich und setzt unser abwechslungsreiches Speisenangebot um, sei es in unseren Restaurants, an Food-Ständen oder bei Veranstaltungen. Zusätzlich kümmerst Du Dich um die Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards (HACCP), unterstützt bei der Warenannahme und -lagerung und sorgst für eine optimale Organisation in der Küche. In Spitzenzeiten behältst Du die Ruhe und arbeitest effizient, um unseren Gästen ein erstklassiges kulinarisches Erlebnis zu bieten.

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie

* Leidenschaft für die Gastronomie und Freude am Kochen

* Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit, auch bei hohem Gästeaufkommen

* Teamgeist und eine positive Einstellung

* Bereitschaft zum Einsatz an Wochenenden und an Feiertagen

* gute Deutschkenntnisse
