The posting

We hoeven jou niets te vertellen over split- en VRF- systemen, warmtepompen tot aan complete klimaatinstallaties. Daarnaast weet jij dat je:

zelfstandig storingen aan koel- en klimaatinstallaties moet oplossen. installaties in bedrijf moet stellen. verantwoordelijk bent voor onderhoud en preventief beheer.

De klantenkring van Compair Airconditioning & Warmtepompen is heel verschillend. Je komt over de vloer bij schepen, artsenpraktijken, winkels, hotels en kantoorpanden. Je werkt aan grote - en kleine installaties. Wanneer je vertrekt, is de klant tevreden.

Uiteraard heb je ook storingsdienst, gelukkig is dit beperkt tot maximaal 4 keer een week per jaar!

Wanneer je bij Compair op bezoek bent, voel je de positieve energie die er heerst. Iedereen, van stagiaire tot directeur, straalt dit uit. De kleur van de huisstijl is niet voor niets geel; deze staat voor optimisme, energie, vrolijkheid en creativiteit.

Naast enthousiasme is een gezonde hoeveelheid humor ook een gewenste eigenschap voor nieuwe medewerkers.

Twee keer per jaar worden er leuke bedrijfsuitjes georganiseerd. Denk hierbij aan een bezoek aan De Toppers of Vrienden van Amstel Live.

Is het daar dan altijd feest? Nee, natuurlijk niet. Iedereen heeft wel eens obstakels in zijn of haar leven, en dan staan je collega's voor je klaar en word je geholpen!

Zijn er ook doorgroeimogelijkheden? Zeker! Wanneer er een functie beschikbaar komt, wordt altijd eerst in de eigen organisatie gekeken naar collega's die willen doorgroeien. Zoals de huidige directeur die begon als salesengineer en is een servicemonteur doorgegroeid naar servicemanager.
