Ben jij een ervaren kok die graag met verse producten en kwalitatieve bereidingen werkt? Heb je ervaring in een slagerij, grootkeuken of brasserie en haal je voldoening uit het bereiden van gerechten die klanten graag op tafel zetten?

Voor een slagerij zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Kok-Traiteur die mee instaat voor de dagelijkse bereidingen in het atelier. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij vakkennis, kwaliteit en hygiëne centraal staan.

Jouw taken

Als Kok-Traiteur zorg je samen met het team voor een gevarieerd aanbod aan verse bereidingen. Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor smaak, presentatie en kwaliteit.

  • Bereiden van warme en koude gerechten
  • Maken van traiteur- en dagschotels
  • Bereiden van sauzen, salades, soepen en andere bereidingen
  • Verwerken en portioneren van vlees, groenten en andere verse ingrediënten
  • Voorbereiden van bereidingen volgens recepten en kwaliteitsstandaarden
  • Organiseren en plannen van je werkzaamheden
  • Controleren van voorraad en tijdig signaleren van tekorten
  • Samenwerken met collega's binnen het atelier en de winkel
  • Mee nadenken over nieuwe bereidingen en variatie in het assortiment
  • Zorgen voor een nette, ordelijke en veilige werkpost

Je werkt graag met verse producten en weet als ervaren keukenprofessional hoe je efficiënt en kwalitatief te werk gaat. Dankzij jouw ervaring kun je zelfstandig aan de slag en draag je mee verantwoordelijkheid voor een verzorgd eindproduct.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand met voldoende praktijkervaring die zelfstandig zijn of haar verantwoordelijkheid kan opnemen.

  • Je hebt relevante werkervaring als kok, traiteur of in een gelijkaardige functi binnen een slagerij, grootkeuken of brasserie
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en komt afspraken correct na
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands
