Und damit hat er sich auch einen guten Arbeitsplatz verdient. 1 Konstrukteur_in Tätigkeitsbereich:

· Sie erstellen eigenständig Konstruktionszeichnungen in 2D und 3D und achten dabei auf eine präzise und normgerechte Umsetzung.

· Dabei arbeiten Sie mit den Konstruktionsprogrammen Creo und Windchill und setzen technische Anforderungen strukturiert um.

· Die fertigen Zeichnungen übergeben Sie an die Produktion und begleiten den weiteren Prozess fachlich.

· In enger Abstimmung mit Kolleg_innen, der Produktion sowie externen Lieferanten klären Sie technische Details und optimieren Abläufe.

· Zudem pflegen Sie Materialstammdaten im System und sorgen für eine korrekte und vollständige Datenbasis.

Fachliche Anforderungen:

· Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, HTL, FH) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Konstruktion oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung wird vorausgesetzt.

· Erfahrung in der Konstruktion ist von Vorteil, wobei wir den Umfang flexibel gestalten - je nach Kenntnissen in den eingesetzten Programmen.

· Sicherer Umgang mit Creo und Windchill ist wünschenswert; alternativ bringen Sie die Bereitschaft mit, sich intensiv in diese Systeme einzuarbeiten.

· Technisches Verständnis sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit 2D- und 3D-Zeichnungen runden Ihr Profil ab.

Persönliche Anforderungen:

· Sie arbeiten strukturiert und genau und behalten auch bei komplexeren Aufgaben stets den Überblick.

· Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten zählt zu Ihren Stärken, gleichzeitig bringen Sie sich aktiv ins Team ein.

· Kommunikationsstärke hilft Ihnen, sich mit Kolleg_innen, der Produktion sowie externen Partnern klar abzustimmen.

· Neue Aufgaben und Programme gehen Sie mit Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an, um sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.

· Eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise unterstützt Sie dabei, technische Herausforderungen effizient zu meistern.

Bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
