Dagelijks werken we aan uiteenlopende projecten in de woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw, variërend van nieuwbouw en renovatie tot transformatie en onderhoud. Functieomschrijving Als kopersbegeleider fungeer jij als de vertrouwde adviseur voor woningkopers, vanaf het moment van aankoop tot en met de garantieperiode. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en daarmee het gezicht van het bouwbedrijf. Je stelt de procedures samen die nodig zijn om kopers van de juiste informatie te voorzien en regelt het meer- en minderwerk. In een persoonlijk gesprek breng je de specifieke wensen van kopers in kaart en coördineer je deze. Onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de projectleider stel je offertes op. Naast het contact met kopers zorg je ook voor een tijdige informatievoorziening richting de uitvoerende partijen. Jij bewaakt deadlines en controleert de facturen van onderaannemers. Ook organiseer je kijkdagen en kopersbijeenkomsten, zodat kopers zelf de voortgang kunnen zien en wijzigingen kunnen controleren. Mocht je daar interesse in hebben, dan is er bovendien de mogelijkheid om taken op het gebied van de Werkvoorbereiding op je te nemen.
