Je werkt in Hardinxveld, Giessenburg, Gorinchem en Dordrecht. Dit ga je doen: - Adviseren van kopers over keuzes en opties; - Bezoeken van showrooms en afstemmen met adviseurs; - Schakelen met makelaars en het bouwteam; - Eerste aanspreekpunt voor kopers tot en met de oplevering; - Verwerken en communiceren van koperswensen en afspraken; - Regelmatig aanwezig zijn op bouwlocaties om kopers te ontvangen en adviseren. Het bedrijf in Hardinxveld, Giessenburg, Gorinchem, Dordrecht ontwikkelt en bouwt aan een fijne woon-, werk- en leefomgeving. Er is aandacht voor de omgeving en voor duurzame materialen en energie, zodat je meewerkt aan een gezonde toekomst. Je werkt in dagdienst, 40 uur per week. Wie zoeken wij: - Je hebt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding en bouwkundige kennis; - Je hebt enkele jaren werkervaring met verschillende kopers en opdrachtgevers; - Je bent accuraat en assertief en goed in plannen en organiseren; - Je hebt feeling met klantcontact en met digitale klantcommunicatie; - Je schakelt makkelijk met kopers, makelaars, showrooms en het bouwteam; Wat bieden wij jou: - Salaris tussen de €2.500 en €3.500 bruto per maand op basis van fulltime werken, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Pensioenopbouw bij StiPP pensioenfonds; - Leaseauto, laptop en telefoon; - Jaarlijks opleidingsprogramma voor jouw ontwikkeling; - Gezellige borrels, barbecue, winterbuffet en leuke uitjes met collega's; - Vast contract in het vooruitzicht!
