Je wordt onderdeel van het kostendeskundige team van een of meerdere projectteams. Je beoordeelt aannemersbegrotingen, adviseert over kosten en ramingen en ontwikkelt kostenproducten zoals ramingen, modellen en business cases. Ook toets je kostenproducten van externe partijen en draag je bij aan de kennisontwikkeling binnen het team. Waar dat meerwaarde heeft, sluit je aan bij overleggen van de kostenpool van de opdrachtgever. Wat ga je doen? - Kostenproducten ontwikkelen bij beslismomenten - Adviseren over projectvraagstukken, aanbestedingen, wijzigingen en kostenbeheersing - Kostenproducten van externe partijen beoordelen - Kostenproducten in het project opzetten, uitvoeren, evalueren en bijsturen, zowel inhoudelijk als procesmatig - Samenwerken met kostenadviseurs, kostenspecialisten en kostenanalisten - Deelnemen aan de kostentafel, de inkooptafel en andere overlegorganen Je wordt aangestuurd door het afdelingshoofd van de kostenpool. Dagelijks werk je samen met de kostenadviseur van de opdrachtgever op het project en het integraal projectmanagementteam (IPM) op locatie.
