Je richt je in deze rol op het inzichtelijk maken en beheersen van de financiële kant van infrastructurele projecten. Je wordt ingezet bij projecten van verschillende omvang en werkt mee vanaf de eerste plannen tot een uitgewerkt ontwerp of bestek. Met jouw berekeningen en analyses maak je inzichtelijk wat een project kost en waar financiële onzekerheden zitten. Deze informatie gebruik je om projectteams en opdrachtgevers te ondersteunen bij het maken van onderbouwde keuzes. - Berekenen en onderbouwen van projectkosten met behulp van de SSK-systematiek; - Opstellen van directieramingen aan de hand van RAW-bestekken; - Documenteren van de gebruikte uitgangspunten, hoeveelheden en aannames; - Uitpluizen en beoordelen van beschikbare projectgegevens; - Opstellen van financiële analyses en adviezen; - Overleggen met verschillende disciplines, waaronder projectleiding, technisch management en ontwerp; - Bespreken van kostenontwikkelingen en risico's met opdrachtgevers; - Bijdragen aan infrastructurele projecten op het gebied van onder meer wegenbouw en stedelijke ontwikkeling. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Een afgeronde HBO-/WO-opleiding Civiele Techniek of gelijkwaardige technische opleiding; - Aanvullende kostenopleidingen of -cursussen zijn een pré; - 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als kostendeskundige; - Ervaring met het opstellen en toetsen van deterministische en probabilistische kostenramingen op basis van SSK; - Analytisch sterk: je werkt grondig, ordelijk en houdt niet van half werk; - Je kunt helder en gestructureerd rapporteren; - Je bent beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week.
