Juist in de dynamiek maak jij als kostprijsdeskundige het verschil. Met jouw analyses, marktinzicht en gevoel voor samenwerking stuur je op realistische kostprijsoplossingen voor complexe projecten. Dit wordt jouw baan Als kostprijsdeskundige ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en onderbouwen van integrale kostprijsbegrotingen voor projecten en aanbestedingen. Je overziet het volledige proces: van ontwerpkeuzes, uitvoeringsmethodiek en fasering tot contractuele voorwaarden en marktbenadering. Je beoordeel projecten niet alleen op prijs, maar ook op haalbaarheid, uitvoerbaarheid, kansen en risico's. Je bent een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor interne- en externe stakeholders en je schakelt met gemak met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Vanuit jouw senioriteit neem je een sturende rol aan en draag je actief bij aan optimalisaties binnen onze processen. Daarnaast vind je het leuk om jouw kennis over te dragen op beginnende calculatoren. Complexe vraagstukken doorgronden en strategisch denken is ook onderdeel van van jouw baan als kostprijsdeskundige. Je krijgt de ruimte om vanuit jouw expertise invloed uit te oefenen op projectkeuzes en de manier waarop we samen aanbestedingen winnen.
