Over Gardec

Gardec is al 30 jaar een scheepsherstellingsbedrijf in Zeebrugge dat ook grote lasconstructies, verspaning en mechanische herstellingen doet. Bij onze transport- en kraanafdeling zorgen we dat alles op tijd op de juiste plaats staat: in de haven, op de werf en bij de klant. Er zijn weinig tussenlagen, de lijnen zijn kort en we zeggen elkaar gewoon hoe het zit.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Kranen. Je stelt de telescoopkraan op in overleg met je collega’s: ondergrond beoordelen, afstempelen, lastdiagram en wind checken. Daarna hijs je veilig en precies.
  • Hijsen met je kop erbij. Je controleert het aanslaan, stemt af met de rigger of signaalgever en zegt “nee” als iets niet klopt.
  • Transport. Met de vrachtwagen (CE) laad, los en lever je materiaal op werven en bij klanten. Jouw kraan, jouw visitekaartje. Bij de klant ben jij Gardec. Je doet de dagelijkse controle van kraan en wagen, meldt defecten op tijd en laat de werf netjes achter.
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring op een mobiele or telescopische kraan
  • Geldig kraanattest en rijbewijs CE met code 95
  • Geen 9-tot-5: vroeg, laat, weekend en wachtdiensten horen erbij
  • Zelfstandig, rustig onder druk en altijd een stap vooruit
  • Nederlands of Engels, genoeg om veilig te communiceren
