FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een ervaren mechanieker met een passie voor zware installaties en technische uitdagingen? Werk je graag zelfstandig en haal je voldoening uit het oplossen én voorkomen van storingen? Dan hebben wij een uitdagende functie voor jou in de Antwerpse haven.

Jouw functie

Als Kraanmechanieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de herstellingen en de technische opvolging van diverse hijs- en hefinstallaties. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het garanderen van een veilige en efficiënte werking van het machinepark.

Jouw taken:

  • Uitvoeren van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken aan mobiele havenkranen, rolbruggen, liften en andere hefinstallaties.
  • Opsporen en oplossen van mechanische storingen.
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van werkzaamheden uitgevoerd door externe onderhoudspartners.
  • Analyseren van terugkerende technische problemen en voorstellen van structurele verbeteringen.
  • Bewaken van de technische staat van het machinepark en anticiperen op mogelijke defecten.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van kritische wisselstukken.
  • Adviseren over investeringen, vervangingen en optimalisaties.
  • Nauw samenwerken met leveranciers, techniekers en externe partners.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het onderhoudsbeleid.

PROFIEL Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een sterke mechanische achtergrond.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een industriële of technische omgeving.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en proactief.
  • Je denkt niet alleen aan de herstelling, maar ook aan het vermijden van toekomstige storingen.
  • Je werkt graag op het terrein en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een vaste vroege ploeg (opstart om 7u).
  • Ervaring met havenkranen, rolbruggen, hijssystemen of zware industriële installaties is een grote meerwaarde.
