Vehikel - Mensch - Auto - Werkstatt: in der Ausbildungseinrichtung und KFZ-Reparaturwerkstatt Vehikel in Leonding erlernen Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene im Rahmen einer zweijährigen Ausbildung das Handwerk der Kfz-Technik bzw. Karosseriebautechnik. Das Ziel ist, dass die Auszubildenden danach ihre Lehre am ersten Arbeitsmarkt fortsetzen und/oder einen Arbeitsplatz erhalten. Während ihrer Ausbildungszeit im Vehikel erhalten die Auszubildenden eine sozialarbeiterische Betreuung sowie Unterstützung durch eine Lernbegleitung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Kraftfahrzeugtechniker/in für 38,5 Wochenstunden ab 1.10.2026

Ihre Aufgaben:

Fachliche Ausbildung unserer Teilnehmer/innen

Im Rahmen unserer KFZ-Reparaturwerkstatt werden die Teilnehmer/innen an realen Kund_innenaufträgen fachlich im gewählten Beruf ausgebildet. Somit zählt zu Ihren Aufgaben einerseits die Abwicklung der KFZ-Reparatur und andererseits die Ausbildung und Unterweisung unserer Jugendlichen. Dabei wird an den Stärken der Auszubildenden angesetzt und diese gefördert, ebenso wie die Schwächen gemeinsam bearbeitet und abgebaut werden.

Ihr Profil:

Die KFZ-Reparatur und das Wissen dazu an junge Menschen weiter zu geben sind Ihre Leidenschaft

* Sie verfügen über einen Lehrabschluss in KFZ-Technik, sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung.

* Sie verfügen zwingend über die Berechtigung für § 57a Überprüfungen.

* Sie haben die Ausbildner_innenprüfung erfolgreich absolviert.

Teamfähigkeit und eine hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie eine selbständige Arbeitsweise sind uns wichtig. In Ausbildungssituationen mit Jugendlichen ist man täglich mit neuen Herausforderungen, manchmal auch Konflikt- und Krisensituationen konfrontiert, welchen Sie sich in der Ausbildungssituation gewachsen fühlen müssen.

Eine zusätzliche Qualifikation und praktische Erfahrung im Bereich PKW-Spenglerei und PKW-Lackiererei sind von Vorteil.

Derzeit besteht unser Team aus 16 Mitarbeiter/innen unterschiedlichsten Alters und beruflicher Herkunft. Gemeinsam mit Ihren Ausbildnerkolleg/innen der KFZ-Technik und Karosseriebautechnik sowie den Sozialarbeiter/innen und Lernbegleiter/innen arbeiten Sie an einer konstruktiven Ausbildung unserer Jugendlichen. Über eine aktive Beteiligung in der Gestaltung und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unseres Angebots freuen wir uns immer sehr.

Das monatliche Mindestgehalt bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt lt. dem Kollektivvertrag Metall/Gewerbe für Angestellte (Verwendungsgruppe III) 2.727,40 € brutto. Abhängig von der bisherigen einschlägigen Berufserfahrung ist jedoch auch ein höherer Bezug möglich.
