Als Kredietanalist bij Pearl Capital in Amsterdam beoordeel je aanvragen voor zakelijke vastgoedfinancieringen en bewaak je de kwaliteit van de portefeuille. Hier ga je werken Elke financiering begint met een scherpe analyse. Pearl Capital is een niet-bancaire financier en investeringsmaatschappij, gespecialiseerd in zakelijke vastgoedfinancieringen. Sinds de oprichting in 2020 groeide de organisatie uit tot een scale-up: vermogende particulieren beleggen in de fondsen tegen een vast netto rendement van 6% per jaar, en met dat kapitaal verstrekt Pearl Capital kortlopende financieringen van €250.000 tot €15 miljoen aan projectontwikkelaars en vastgoedbeleggers, met een offerte binnen 24 uur en passeren binnen 5 dagen. Die snelheid vraagt om een kredietteam dat zorgvuldig en besluitvaardig werkt. Jij bent daarin de schakel tussen accountmanagers, notarissen en taxateurs, en zorgt ervoor dat elke aanvraag een gedegen en efficiënte beoordeling krijgt. Dit ga je doen Jouw oordeel bepaalt of een project doorgaat. - Beoordelen en analyseren van financieringsaanvragen, jaarrekeningen, taxatierapporten en overige financiële documentatie. - Opstellen van kredietanalyses en onderbouwde kredietadviezen, inclusief het signaleren van financiële en juridische risico's. - Beheren van de lopende portefeuille: voorstellen voor renteherzieningen, verwerken van mutaties, controleren op naleving van afspraken en uitvoeren van revisies. - Volgen van (ver)bouwprojecten en het beoordelen van bijbehorende depotdeclaraties. - Samenwerken met accountmanagers, notarissen en taxateurs, en bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van de interne kredietprocessen.
