In diesem Sortimentsbereich von Haberkorn vereinen wir technischen Handel mit eigener Fertigungskompetenz. Neben einem breiten Sortiment an Hydraulikkomponenten fertigen wir individuelle Hydraulikleitungen und Systemlösungen nach Kundenanforderung. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Einkauf, Vertriebstechnik und Werkstätte koordinierst du die Abwicklung kundenspezifischer Aufträge und sorgst für eine termingerechte Umsetzung der Kundenprojekte.

Was dich erwartet Handel trifft Technik

* Du betreust unsere Kunden bei technischen und kaufmännischen Anfragen rund um Hydraulikkomponenten und kundenspezifische Hydrauliklösungen.

* Du analysierst Anforderungen unserer Kunden, erarbeitest passende Lösungen und erstellst Angebote in enger Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Einkauf und Fertigung.

* Du koordinierst die gesamte Auftragsabwicklung und behältst dabei Liefertermine, Materialverfügbarkeit und Kundenanforderungen im Blick und stimmst diese mit internen und externen Partnern ab.

* Du sorgst als zentrale Schnittstelle für einen reibungslosten Informationsfluss zwischen Kunden, Einkauf, Vertriebstechnik und Werkstätte.

* Du verfolgst laufende Aufträge aktiv nach und informierst Kunden proaktiv über den aktuellen Projektstatus.

Wissbegierde und Organisationsgeschick

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit technischem Schwerpunkt (z. B. Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Fahrzeugtechnik oder vergleichbar) oder gerne auch über eine langjährige Berufserfahrung mit Kundenkontakt.

* Du interessierst dich für technische Zusammenhänge und hast Freude daran, dich in komplexe Produkte und Anwendungen einzuarbeiten.

* Du kommunizierst gerne mit Kunden und kannst technische Inhalte verständlich und lösungsorientiert vermitteln.

* Du arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch bei mehreren parallel laufenden Aufträgen und unterschiedlichen Lieferterminen den Überblick.

* Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Serviceorientierung, Verlässlichkeit und Eigeninitiative aus.

* Dir fällt der Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen leicht.
