Hardware, Serverlösungen, Softwareentwicklung, Kassensysteme, Zeiterfassung & Zutrittskontrolle sowie Telefonie, Videoüberwachung und Alarmanlagen - alles aus einer Hand aus dem Oberkärntner IT-Haus!

Wir suchen eine Verstärkung für unseren Standort Wiener Neudorf, die Wien und Niederösterreich betreut und weiterentwickelt. Sie starten nicht bei null: Ein bestehender Kundenstamm aus Gemeinden, Tourismusbetrieben und B2B-Unternehmen wird an Sie übergeben. Was daraus wird, gestalten Sie mit. 1 Kundenbetreuer_in im Vertrieb für IT- und Tourismuslösungen (all genders, all countries) Was Sie verkaufen, ist erklärungsbedürftig und greifbar zugleich: unsere Zeiterfassung Timework für Gemeinden und Unternehmen, unsere Hotelsoftware sowie den Self-Check-in-Automaten Check-InGo. Produkte, die bei den Kundinnen und Kunden täglich im Einsatz sind.

Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben

* Sie betreuen und entwickeln den bestehenden Kundenstamm in Wien und Niederösterreich weiter

* Sie gewinnen neue Kunden dazu: Gemeinden, Hotellerie und Tourismus sowie KMU im B2B-Bereich

* Sie betreuen Kundentermine eigenständig von der Präsentation bis zum Abschluss.

* Sie bleiben nach dem Abschluss Ansprechperson und arbeiten dabei eng mit unserer Technik zusammen

Qualifikationen / Anforderungen

* Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und daran, viel unterwegs zu sein

* Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in der Kundenbetreuung, gerne im B2B-Umfeld

* Führerschein B und Deutschkenntnisse ab Niveau C1

* Interesse an IT, Sie müssen keine Technikerin oder Techniker sein

* Ein eigenes Gebiet mit Bestandskunden, klarer Verantwortung und der Chance, aktiv mitzugestalten

* Intensive Einarbeitung an unseren Produkten und laufende Trainings

* Einen Arbeitsalltag, der überwiegend beim Kunden stattfindet, mit dem Standort Wiener Neudorf als Basis und der Möglichkeit

* Ein Bruttomonatsgehalt je nach Qualifikation
