Gehalt:

Kollektivvertraglicher Mindestlohn EUR 3.100,00 brutto pro Monat. Überzahlung auf Grund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.

Das erfüllt dein Herz:

- Selbstständiges Umbauen, Einstellen und Umrüsten von Extrusions- und Spritzgussanlagen inklusive ordnungsgemäßer Führung der Maschinen- und Rüstprotokolle

- Vorbereitung der Produktionsanlagen für einen effizienten Ablauf unter Einhaltung der 5S-Standards

- Laufende Kontrolle, Analyse und Optimierung von Rüstabläufen, Maschinenzuständen und Spannsystemen

- Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller sicherheits- und umweltrelevanten Vorgaben

- Mitarbeit im geregelten 2- und 3-Schicht-Betrieb für einen reibungslosenProduktionprozess

Das zeichnet dich aus:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Kunststofftechnik, Kunststoffformgebung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung

- Praktische Erfahrung als Maschinenführer:in, Rüster:in, Einsteller:in oder in der Bedienung von Produktionsanlagen in einem Kunststoffbetrieb

- Technisches Verständnis für Produktionsanlagen sowie Prozessabläufe in der Kunststoffverarbeitung

- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise

- Stapler- und/oder Kranschein von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
