Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als Kwaliteitscontroleur zorg je ervoor dat onze producten voldoen aan de technische tekeningen, specificaties, normen en kwaliteitseisen van onze klanten. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen productie en kwaliteit en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van onze processen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je controleert werkstukken aan de hand van 2D/3D-technische tekeningen en CAD.
  • Je voert niet-destructief onderzoek (NDT/NDO) uit, waaronder visueel, magnetisch en ultrasoon onderzoek (VT, MT en UT).
  • Je controleert onder andere maatvoering, toleranties, las- en materiaaldefecten en oppervlaktekwaliteit.
  • Je beoordeelt of producten goedgekeurd, herwerkt of afgekeurd moeten worden.
  • Je registreert en rapporteert testresultaten en afwijkingen.
  • Je werkt samen met test-operators en bewaakt dat controles volgens de juiste veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je denkt actief mee over proces- en kwaliteitsverbeteringen.
  • Je fungeert indien nodig als back-up voor het onderhoudsdepartement.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding en 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen bijvoorbeeld metaalbewerking, lassen, CNC of verspaning.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met meetgereedschappen zoals schuifmaat, micrometer, hoogtemeter en meetklok.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, kritisch en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in team werken. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en welzijn zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je bent fysiek in staat om zwaardere lasten te hanteren en werkt ergonomisch.
