Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van onder andere werkvoorbereiding, inkoop, productie om kwaliteitsvraagstukken te analyseren, processen te verbeteren en afwijkingen structureel aan te pakken. Daarnaast heb je contact met klanten en leveranciers, als deze betrokken zijn bij een kwaliteitsvraagstuk. Je voert audits uit, leidt verbeterteams en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van klachten. Wij zoeken een collega die uitdaging zoekt in het continue verbeteren. die er voor wil zorgen om de kwaliteit op een nog hoger niveau te krijgen. Je maakt deel uit van het bedrijfsbureau waar de afdeling kwaliteit wordt gecoördineerd. Samen met directe collega's controleer je de output van de productie. Op kwaliteitsgebied heb je te maken met interne communicatie naar medewerkers, heb je contact met klanten en leveranciers. Daarnaast - Analyseer je product- en procesafwijkingen (intern en extern) en bepaalt, samen met betrokkenen, oorzaak en impact. - Begeleid je verbeteracties volgens de 8D-methodiek en borgt corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen. - Pas je kwaliteits- en analysetools toe zoals FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA waar van toepassing) en SPC en vertaalt uitkomsten naar beheersmaatregelen. - houd je dashboards en KPI's actueel en bespreek je deze met betrokkenen - draag je samen met het MT zorg voor het naleven en verbeteren van ons ISO 9001 certificaat.
