Voor een toonaangevende producent binnen de voedingssector in de regio Kruisem ben ik op zoek naar een Kwaliteitsingenieur die wil bijdragen aan een sterk kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsbeleid. Je maakt deel uit van een internationaal georiënteerde organisatie waar kwaliteit, innovatie en continue verbetering een centrale plaats innemen. In deze functie krijg je de kans om processen te optimaliseren, kwaliteitsstandaarden verder uit te bouwen en samen te werken met verschillende interne afdelingen om de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen te garanderen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je beheert het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en zorgt voor de verdere optimalisatie ervan volgens de geldende IFS-, BRC- en HACCP-normen.
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt interne en externe audits en bent het aanspreekpunt tijdens certificerings- en inspectiebezoeken.
  • Je onderzoekt kwaliteitsafwijkingen, analyseert klachten van klanten en werkt duurzame corrigerende en preventieve acties uit.
  • Je ondersteunt productie, R&D en supply chain bij het verbeteren en borgen van kwaliteitsprocessen.
  • Je volgt verbeterprojecten op en draagt actief bij aan een cultuur van continue kwaliteitsverbetering.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische, wetenschappelijke of voedingsgerelateerde richting.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring opgebouwd binnen QA of QC in een productie- of voedingsomgeving.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met kwaliteitsmanagement, voedselveiligheidsnormen en de geldende wet- en regelgeving.
