The posting

Als Kwaliteitsmedewerker in Voorhout zorg je ervoor dat producten en productieprocessen voldoen aan de juiste kwaliteitseisen. Je bent daarbij niet alleen bezig met het uitvoeren van controles. Je kijkt kritisch naar wat je tegenkomt, signaleert afwijkingen en denkt mee over hoe processen structureel verbeterd kunnen worden.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Inkomende goederen controleren met verschillende meetmiddelen. - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren tijdens en na de productie. - Technische tekeningen lezen en gebruiken bij het uitvoeren van controles. - Audits en inspecties uitvoeren op de werkvloer. - Bevindingen vastleggen en delen met collega’s van productie, logistiek en engineering. - Producten vrijgeven of blokkeren op basis van de gestelde kwaliteitseisen. - De kalibratie van meetmiddelen regelen. - Afwijkingen signaleren, onderzoeken en meedenken over passende oplossingen. - Actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van kwaliteits- en productieprocessen.

Je werkt met moderne meettechnieken, waaronder 3D-scanning en vision-meting. Technisch inzicht is daarom belangrijk. Je hoeft niet overal direct het antwoord op te hebben, maar je bent wel iemand die verder kijkt dan de oppervlakkige taak en graag probeert te begrijpen waarom iets gebeurt en hoe het beter kan.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die technisch onderlegd is en zelfstandig verbanden kan leggen. Je voert niet alleen controles uit, maar begrijpt ook wat je controleert en waarom.

Je hebt:

- Minimaal MBO+ werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring binnen een technische productieomgeving. - De vaardigheid om technische tekeningen te lezen en te begrijpen. - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Technisch inzicht en interesse in bijvoorbeeld materialen, elektro of pneumatiek.

Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je nauwkeurig, praktisch en oplossingsgericht werkt. Je kijkt verder dan alleen de taak die voor je ligt en vindt het interessant om mee te denken over verbeter
