Een groeiend bedrijf dat diepgevroren en gekoelde voedingsproducten op maat verpakt en stockeert voor Europese klanten. Tegen 2027 mikt de onderneming op 300+ medewerkers die samen aan 25 000 unieke verpakkingsopdrachten. Je werkt er in een respectvolle omgeving waar samenwerking en werkplezier belangrijk zijn.

Voor een klant regio Roeselare gaat Let's Work op zoek naar een kwaliteitsmedewerker in 2 ploegen.

Je combineert kwaliteitscontroles op de werkvloer met administratieve opvolging en waakt er dagelijks over dat producten voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Daarbovenop geniet je van een competitief loon volgens ervaring, extralegale voordelen en de vrijheid om je verlof zelf in te plannen.

Wat zijn jouw taken als medewerker kwaliteit?

  • Op de werkvloer voer je voornamelijk kwaliteitscontroles (±80%) uit, aangevuld met administratieve registratie(±20%)
  • Visuele controles op verpakking en etikettering behoren tot je dagelijkse werkzaamheden
  • De geldende kwaliteitsnormen bewaak je en waar mogelijk werk je mee aan verbeteringen
  • Tijdens audits en certificeringen bied je ondersteuning aan het kwaliteitsteam
  • Medewerkers begeleid en sensibiliseer je om het kwaliteitsbewustzijn te verhogen
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen een voedingsbedrijf
  • Met BRC- en IFS-normen heb je reeds ervaring
  • Nederlands en Engels beheers je goed voor een vlotte interne communicatie
  • Een kritische blik en oog voor detail typeren je aanpak
  • Met je observaties draag je bij aan het kwaliteitsniveau van de producten
  • Werken in een koude omgeving (5 à 10°C) neem je erbij, met korte controles in de diepvries
  • MS Office en Outlook kennen voor jou weinig geheimen
  • Werken in een 2 ploegenstelsel (8-16u / 16-24u)past binnen jouw verwachtingen
