Bij ons gaan die twee gewoon samen. In Hellendoorn krijg je de ruimte om je vak goed uit te oefenen, mee te denken en invloed te hebben op de kwaliteit van ons werk. En dat in een organisatie waar de lijnen kort zijn en collega's elkaar makkelijk weten te vinden. Wat ga je doen Als Jurist Bezwaar en Beroep werk je aan uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken binnen het sociaal domein. Je behandelt zelfstandig bezwaarschriften en beroepszaken en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige juridische beoordeling. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar wet- en regelgeving, maar ook naar de kwaliteit van onze besluiten en uitvoering. Jouw belangrijkste taken: - je behandelt (complexe) bezwaarschriften en beroepszaken op het gebied van de Wmo, Jeugdwet, Participatiewet en aanverwante wetgeving; - je toetst besluiten aan wet- en regelgeving en schrijft heldere beslissingen op bezwaar; - je stelt juridische adviezen op en adviseert collega's en management over complexe juridische vraagstukken; - je vertegenwoordigt de gemeente tijdens zittingen bij de bezwaarcommissie en de bestuursrechter; - je bewaakt de juridische kwaliteit van de uitvoering en denkt mee over verbeteringen; - je volgt nieuwe wet- en regelgeving en jurisprudentie en vertaalt deze naar de dagelijkse praktijk.
