Jobomschrijving Wat ga je doen? - controleert grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten volgens duidelijke kwaliteits instructies; - neemt monsters en voert fysische bepalingen uit (zoals sterkte, samenstelling en vochtgehalte; - signaleert en rapporteert afwijkende meetwaarden en bespreekt deze met de leidinggevende en ploegleider; - adviseert over mogelijke correcties of blokkeringen van producten; - registreert analysegegevens in ons geautomatiseerde systeem; - controleert visueel de verpakkingen en maatvoering van externe leveranciers; - opstellen, controleren en archiveren van dag- en maandrapportages; - Beheren en actualiseren van kwaliteitsdocumenten, voorschriften, formulieren en instructies; - Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits; - Analyseren van kwaliteitsproblemen en opvolgen van verbeteracties; - Initiëren en realiseren van continue verbeterprojecten; - Bijhouden van de klachtenregistratie en meedenken over de afhandeling van klachten.

Je denkt mee over de bruikbaarheid van normen, procedures en instructies en adviseert over mogelijke verbeteringen van producten en processen. Hierbij maak je gebruik van analyses en inzichten uit de dagelijkse praktijk. Daarnaast ondersteun je de leidinggevende bij het coördineren van werkzaamheden. Neem je bij haar afwezigheid lopende operationele werkzaamheden waar. Neem je deel aan dag- en weekoverleggen. Geef je aanwijzigingen en instructies aan operators over kwaliteitscontroles. Zie je toe op een juiste uitvoering van deze controles en draag je actief het belang van kwaliteit uit binnen de productieorganisatie.
