Dan zoeken we jou! Bij toezicht denken veel mensen aan controleren, handhaven en afrekenen. Ons werk gaat over iets anders. Wij onderzoeken hoe het gesteld is met de kwaliteit van ondersteuning die inwoners ontvangen en hoe deze in de toekomst verbetert dient te worden. We spreken hiervoor met cliënten, zorgaanbieders en gemeenten, analyseren informatie en werken dit op een duidelijke, transparante manier uit in een inspectierapport. Met een resultaatgerichte houding, klaar je deze klus samen met je twee collega's. We starten de week gezamenlijk met een weekstart waarin we werkzaamheden en onderzoeken afstemmen. Tijdens een onderzoek naar de kwaliteit van zorg ben je kritisch en analytisch. Je bent sterk in het voeren van gesprekken met zorgaanbieders en cliënten, waarbij je altijd gericht bent op verbinding. Je vertaalt je bevindingen en conclusies naar een heldere rapportage met concrete aanbevelingen. Als WMO toezichthouder werk je zelfstandig, staat open voor feedback en draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van het team. Je zelfverzekerdheid maakt dat je zelfstandig kunt werken en besluit...
