Bij VDL Smart Spaces werk je aan de kwaliteit van producten en processen binnen een innovatieve productieomgeving. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, analyseert data, signaleert afwijkingen en helpt mee om processen steeds slimmer en beter te maken. Als Kwaliteitstechnicus ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken, borgen en verbeteren van de kwaliteit binnen onze organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van productie, engineering en andere afdelingen om afwijkingen te voorkomen en processen continu te verbeteren. In deze functie ben je regelmatig op de werkvloer aanwezig. Je spreekt collega's aan op kwaliteitsafwijkingen, geeft advies en draagt oplossingen aan. Dat vraagt om een stevige persoonlijkheid, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om op basis van feiten een goed onderbouwd oordeel te vormen. Ook wanneer dat niet altijd het antwoord is dat iemand wil horen. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag ben je bezig met controles en vrijgaven op de productievloer, terwijl je de andere dag kwaliteitsdata analyseert of samen met collega's werkt aan een verbetertraject. Verder hou je je bezig met: - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en vrijgaven binnen het productieproces - Verrichten van metingen en inspecties aan producten en componenten - Registreren, analyseren en rapporteren van kwaliteitsgegevens - Uitvoeren van data-analyses en het monitoren van trends via dashboards - Signaleren van knelpunten en het initiëren van verbeteracties - Onderzoeken va...
