Je komt terecht in een Belgische productieomgeving binnen de voedingssector, waar kwaliteit, innovatie en continue verbetering centraal staan. De organisatie produceert kwalitatieve voedingsproducten voor zowel de Belgische als Europese markt.

Als Kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke krijg je een belangrijke rol binnen de site in Beerse. Je werkt er zelfstandig en krijgt tegelijk de nodige ondersteuning van een ervaren kwaliteitsteam vanuit de vestiging in Westerlo.

Jobomschrijving

Voor een groeiende productieomgeving in de voedingssector zijn we op zoek naar een Kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke. In deze functie krijg je een brede verantwoordelijkheid over het kwaliteitsbeleid op de site in Beerse.

Je staat in voor de dagelijkse kwaliteitscontroles, volgt afwijkingen en klachten op en werkt mee aan het verder uitbouwen van procedures en kwaliteitssystemen. Je werkt hierbij zelfstandig op de site, maar kan rekenen op de ondersteuning van een ervaren kwaliteitsteam op een tweede productielocatie.

Tijdens je opstart krijg je voornamelijk opleiding op onze tweede locatie in Westerlo. Ook op langere termijn zal je regelmatig tussen beide locaties pendelen. We zoeken daarom iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, zelfstandig werkt en stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat.

Takenpakket

  • Je voert analyses en kwaliteitscontroles uit op de mixen en het eindproduct.
  • Je controleert onder andere pasteurisatiegrafieken, registraties, reinigingsdocumentatie en onderdelenlijsten.
  • Je werkt mee aan het opstellen, verbeteren en implementeren van procedures en processen.
  • Je volgt klachten en afwijkingen op en zorgt voor een correcte analyse en afhandeling.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding, begeleiding en opvolging van interne en externe audits.
  • Je bewaakt mee de correcte toepassing van de kwaliteitssystemen binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het centrale kwaliteitsteam en neemt deel aan overlegmomenten.

Profielomschrijving

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in chemie, biochemie, voeding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 2 à 3 jaar ervaring binnen kwaliteit in de voedingssector.
  • Je hebt kennis van kwaliteitssystemen zoals HACCP, BRC en/of IFS.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk oog voor detail.
  • Je bent zelfstandig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en durft zelf beslissingen te nemen en zaken vast te pakken.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels en kan goed overweg met MS Office.
