Houd je van uitdagingen, complexe problemen aanpakken en medewerkers begeleiden en coachen? En ben je 32-36 uur per week beschikbaar? Voor onze revalidatiezorg zijn wij op zoek naar een kwaliteitsverpleegkundige. Wat ga je doen? Jij bent de deskundige op het gebied van kwaliteit van zorg en weet alles over het primaire proces. Je begeleidt, ondersteunt en coacht medewerkers van de afdeling op eigenaarschap. Je werkt samen met andere collega's zoals teamleiders, de behandeldienst en de vakgroep kwaliteitsverpleegkundigen. Je denkt en werkt mee in het neerzetten van kwalitatief goede zorg op basis van het kwaliteitssysteem, protocollen en het cliëntdossier. Verder geef je gevraagd en ongevraagd advies over de kwaliteit van zorg aan je collega's en het locatiemanagement. Tot slot verricht je voorbehouden handelingen. Door mee te werken op diverse zorgmomenten is er een directe verbinding met de norm voor verantwoorde zorg. Je neemt deel aan werkgroepen en in het management team. HWW zorg & HMC Bronovo HMC Bronovo is dé locatie voor planbare zorg, poliklinische zorg en diagnostiek, gevestigd in een weekziekenhuis dat tot 2030 in gebruik blijft. Op deze locatie biedt HWW zorg kortdurende zorg, waaronder Eerstelijnsverblijf (ELV) en Geriatrische Revalidatiezorg (GRZ). Ook op onze locatie Verpleeghuis Houtwijk bieden we kortdurende zorg aan.
