Bij Zorggroep Amsterdam Oost krijg je de kans om jouw ervaring en coachende vaardigheden in te zetten om collega's te versterken en zorgprocessen naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Zo draag je niet alleen bij aan betere zorg, maar ook aan werkplezier en ontwikkeling binnen onze teams. Wat ga je doen? Als kwaliteitsverpleegkundige bij De Open Hof ben je de motor achter verbeteringen in onze zorg. Je adviseert en begeleidt, maar je staat ook naast je collega's op de werkvloer. Met jouw analytische blik en coachende aanpak maak je zorgprocessen inzichtelijk en help je teams groeien. Wat je doet en betekent: - Adviseren van management en teamleiders over kwaliteitszorg. - Ontwikkelen en actualiseren van protocollen en werkinstructies. - Implementeren van kwaliteitsverbeteringen en uitvoeren van interne audits. - Analyseren van incidenten en kwaliteitsgegevens en omzetten naar verbeterplannen. - Coachen van collega's in methodisch werken en kwaliteitsnormen. - Voorlichting en klinische lessen geven om vakbekwaamheid te vergroten. Wat bieden we jou? - Een veelzijdige functie van 32 uur per week. - Een bruto maandsalaris van €3.592 tot €4.822 (FWG 50 - CAO VVT, op basis van 36 uur). - 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering. - Opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden. - Extra uren als verpleegkundige binnen ZGAO (met mogelijkheid opnieuw BIG-geregistreerd te raken). - Goede secundaire voorwaarden zoals korting op sportabonnementen en een tegemoetkoming in parkeerkosten. - Werken in een kleinschalige organisatie met korte lijnen en een open, verbindende sfeer.
