Als kwaliteitsverpleegkundige ben jij de verbindende schakel binnen het team. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, weet wat er speelt en bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's, cliënten, familieleden, artsen, behandelaars en de leidinggevende. Dankzij jouw betrokkenheid en deskundigheid zorg je ervoor dat de kwaliteit van zorg elke dag een stapje beter wordt. Wat ga je doen? Jij bent degene die collega's inspireert, ondersteunt en helpt groeien. Je neemt hun werkzaamheden niet over, maar zorgt er juist voor dat zij met vertrouwen en vakmanschap hun werk kunnen doen. Je coacht, denkt mee en geeft richting, zodat samen de beste zorg wordt geboden. Daarnaast ben je als kwaliteitsverpleegkundige zorgverantwoordelijke voor de teams die aan jou zijn gekoppeld. Je signaleert kansen voor verbetering, zet verbetertrajecten in gang en zorgt ervoor dat goede zorg niet alleen wordt geleverd, maar ook blijvend wordt geborgd. Een afwisselende functie met de perfecte balans Deze functie is een mooie combinatie van zorg én kwaliteit. - 40% van je tijd werk je mee in de directe zorg volgens het basisdienstrooster. Zo blijf je dicht bij de cliënten én het team. - 60% van je tijd richt je je op kwaliteitsverbetering. Denk aan coaching, het analyseren van processen, het begeleiden van verbetertrajecten en het verder ontwikkelen van de kwaliteit van zorg. Werk je het liefst binnen de psychogeriatrie (PG)?
