Arnhem Kwartiermaker Landelijke Voorziening Gebouwgegevens Functie omschrijving Functieomschrijving Je levert een tijdelijke, projectmatige bijdrage om de Landelijke Voorziening Gebouwgegevens (LVG) verder te brengen van de huidige kwartiermakers- en voorbereidingsfase naar een bestuurlijk gedragen, organisatorisch ingerichte en uitvoerbare realisatiefase. Je verbindt de externe LVG-opgave met interne strategie, besluitvorming en uitvoeringsorganisatie en zorgt dat voor iedere volgende fase de noodzakelijke keuzes, randvoorwaarden en projectresultaten tijdig beschikbaar zijn. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Kwartiermaking en koers: verder concretiseren en organiseren van de huidige en volgende fasen van de LVG in overleg met relevante ministeries; periodiek afstemmen met strategie en prioriteiten en vertalen naar heldere scope, roadmap, beslismomenten en vervolgstappen. - Organisatie en executie: zorgen voor samenhang tussen benodigde expertise, capaciteit en teams; organiseren van randvoorwaarden om van voorbereiding naar realisatie te komen, inclusief voorbereiding van de toekomstige beheerorganisatie. - Governance en samenwerking: inrichten en werkend maken van governance, opdrachtgeverschap en besluitvorming binnen de organisatie en in samenwerking met ministeries en andere publieke partijen; helderheid creëren over verantwoordelijkheden, afhankelijkheden en escalatieroutes. - Programmabeheersing: opstellen en actueel houden van een integraal beeld van planning, capaciteit, financiële middelen, risico's en afhankelijkheden; tijdig voorbereiden van benodigde bestuurlijke keuzes. Op te leveren resultaten - Bestuurlijk gedragen roadmap en fasering voor het vervolg van de LVG, inclusief scope, prioriteiten, afhankelijkheden en beslismomenten. - Onderbouwd investerings-/financieel beeld voor de volgende fase, inclusief benodigde capaciteit, budgetontwikkeling en belangrijkste financiële risico's. - Ingerichte governance en voorste...
