Rond 17.00 uur start je samen met je collega's met de planning. Je verzamelt de juiste staalproducten, controleert de orders en zorgt dat vrachtwagens volgens planning geladen kunnen vertrekken. Je werkt met grote en zware staalproducten. Nauwkeurig werken is daarom belangrijk. Je houdt ondertussen de veiligheid op de werkvloer in de gaten en zorgt dat alles klaarstaat voor de volgende dag. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verzamelen van staalproducten voor geplande transporten; - Laden van vrachtwagens met een bovenloopkraan; - Controleren of orders compleet en correct zijn; - Klaarzetten van vrachtwagens volgens de planning; - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheidsprocedures; - Overzichtelijk en veilig houden van de werkvloer; - Signaleren van afwijkingen in orders of planning; - Overleggen met collega's wanneer dat nodig is. Je hebt veel van je werkzaamheden zelfstandig in de hand. Tegelijkertijd werk je in een team waarin je elkaar helpt als de planning daarom vraagt. Wat we je bieden Je werkt in een vast rooster in de avond- en nachtdienst. Daar staat een 27% ploegentoeslag tegenover. Je krijgt daarnaast: - Een bruto uurloon van €14,99 tot €18,41, afhankelijk van je ervaring; - 27% ploegentoeslag over de gewerkte uren in de avond- en nachtdienst; - 25 vakantiedagen en 10 ADV-dagen; - Mogelijkheid om maximaal 5 vakantiedagen bij te kopen; - 8% vakantiegeld; - €0,23 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer; - Pensioenopbouw vanaf je eerste werkdag; - Mogelijk e...
