Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n Mitarbeiter/in für unseren COCCINELLE OUTLET Store in Parndorf als 1 Lagerist_in 32 Stunden / 4 Tage in der Woche (m/w/x).

Ihre Aufgaben als Lager- und Verkaufsmitarbeiter_in:

* Sie sind für die Organisation und Verwaltung des Lagers verantwortlich und sorgen für Ordnung, Sauberkeit sowie die ordnungsgemäße Pflege der Produkte.

* Sie übernehmen die Kontrolle, das Scannen und die Sortierung eingehender Waren.

* Sie koordinieren die Nachbestückung und Auffüllung der Verkaufsfläche.

* Sie stehen in Kontakt mit Kurierdiensten und übernehmen die entsprechende Koordination.

* Sie sind für die Inventur und Bestandskontrolle verantwortlich.

* Sie repräsentieren Coccinelle als Markenbotschafter/in und sorgen dafür, dass sich unsere Kundinnen und Kunden als Teil der Coccinelle-Familie fühlen.

* Bei Bedarf bieten Sie einen ausgezeichneten Kundenservice und unterstützen unsere Kundinnen und Kunden professionell und freundlich.

* Gemäß den Vorgaben der Store Managerin bzw. des Store Managers tragen Sie zur Überwachung der Verkaufs-KPIs bei und richten Ihre Arbeit darauf aus, diese Kennzahlen kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

* Gemäß den Vorgaben der Store Managerin bzw. des Store Managers stellen Sie die Umsetzung der Unternehmensrichtlinien im Store in den Bereichen Warenauffüllung, Visual Merchandising und CRM sicher.

* Sie unterstützen das gesamte Verkaufsteam proaktiv und tragen aktiv zur Erreichung der Umsatzziele des Stores bei.

Sie sind unsere Wunschkandidatin / unser Wunschkandidat, wenn:

* Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten.

* Sie mindestens 2 Jahre nachweisbare Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Modeeinzelhandel haben, idealerweise in einem Umfeld mit persönlicher Kundenberatung.

* Auch wenn Sie noch keine entsprechende Berufserfahrung mitbringen, sind Sie bei uns richtig, wenn Sie eine starke Motivation und den Wunsch haben, Teil einer strukturierten Gemeinschaft und eines effizienten Teams zu werden und sich als Retail-Profi weiterzuentwickeln.

* Sie ergebnisorientiert arbeiten und Freude daran haben, Ziele zu erreichen.

* Sie flexibel sind, gerne im Team arbeiten und ein gutes Verständnis für das Geschäft mitbringen.

* Sie ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein besitzen.

* Sie über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse verfügen.

* Sie ab sofort bzw. schnellstmöglich verfügbar sind.
