EWAKO Wapeningscentrale | Kootwijkerbroek EWAKO Wapeningscentrale is in 2007 opgericht en levert door heel Nederland KOMO-gecertificeerd bewapeningsstaal aan de beton- en bouwindustrie. Dit kunnen funderingen, mest- of parkeerkelders, kelders, vloeren, wanden, huizen, plantenbakken, etc. zijn. Onze kwalitatieve computergestuurde machines knippen en buigen de constructies op maat, waarna ze in elkaar worden gelast als prefab constructie. Het team bestaat uit ±14 mensen: 2 operators, 5 lassers, 2 chauffeurs en 5 op kantoor. Klein genoeg om iedereen goed te kennen en te genieten van de collegialiteit, groot genoeg om serieuze projecten aan te kunnen. Het wordt jouw taak om de bewapeningsonderdelen aan en in elkaar te lassen die de operator heeft geknipt en gebogen. Jij stelt alles samen op de werkbank die hiervoor beschikbaar is. Kleine series, losse specials en soms even meehelpen met een collega die een zes meter lange korf aan het maken is. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en dat is precies wat het hier zo leuk maakt. Meters maken in eigen productie in een fijne droge en gezellige werkplaats. Wat ga je doen? 1. Prefab wapeningsonderdelen lassen. Aan de hand van tekeningen en werkinstructies las jij onderdelen in elkaar tot kloppende prefab constructies. Van kleine losse stukken tot complete series voor funderingen, kelders en vloeren. 2. Afstemmen via het planbord. Je dag begint met een kort overleg over wat er op de planning staat. Jij weet wat er van je verwacht wordt en stemt af als er iets verandert. 3. Tekeningen lezen en vertalen naar het werk. Je werkt met werkbonnen en tekeningen van de werkvoorbereider. Jij snapt wat er staat en weet wat je ermee moet. Heb je nog wat vragen, stel ze gerust aan de collega's en werk samen waar nodig. 4. Zelfstandig werken aan jouw eigen project. Je pakt materiaal, controleert de maatvoering, zoekt een vrije werkbank en gaat aan de slag met een modern en kwalitatief lasapparaat dat bij het plateau...
