Onze klant, gelegen in Houthalen, is een familiaal bedrijf en gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen, produceren en plaatsen van staal- en aluminiumconstructies voor uiteenlopende industriële en bouwkundige projecten. Om hun team verder te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en ervaren lasser.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Overleg met de bazen: Je bespreekt alles met je leidinggevende (de grote helden van het atelier en productie) om ervoor te zorgen dat alles op rolletjes loopt.
  • Materiaal & gereedschap: Je bepaalt welke materialen en lasgereedschap je nodig hebt, geeft alles een schoonmaakbeurt en werkt de lasnaden tot in de puntjes af.
  • Lassen als een pro: Je gebruikt het MAG-lasproces (dat klinkt als magie, maar is gewoon toptechniek) en volgt altijd de Las Methode Beschrijving. Bonuspunten als je kennis hebt van andere lasprocessen!
  • Extra klusjes: Aftekenen, zagen, boren, tappen, ponsen, snijbranden, knippen en slijpen – alles wat met metaal te maken heeft, komt bij jou terecht.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Opleiding & ervaring: Je hebt een diploma lassen-constructie, een lascertificaat en liefst ook al enkele jaren ervaring in het vak. En als je dat certificaat nog niet hebt, geen probleem, je bent bereid het te behalen!
  • Perfectie is je doel: Je streeft altijd naar het beste resultaat en levert werk waar je niet alleen trots op bent, maar dat ook je collega’s jaloers maakt.
  • Initiatief & ambitie: Je hebt de drive om steeds beter te worden en durft voorstellen te doen om dingen efficiënter of beter te doen.
  • Zelfstandig & praktisch: Je werkt goed op jezelf, maar hebt altijd een praktische oplossing voor elke situatie.
  • Bonus: Als je een rolbrug- en heftruckbrevet hebt, ben je al een halve superheld! Zo niet, geen stress, we regelen het voor je.
