Wil jij als lasser-constructeur geen seriewerk afleveren, maar volledige inox installaties zien groeien van technische tekening tot afgewerkt project?

Voor een gespecialiseerde KMO in regio Gent zoeken we een ervaren lasser-constructeur met een sterke basis in TIG-lassen en inox. Het bedrijf telt een dertiental medewerkers en bouwt al 25 jaar industriële installaties voor afvalwaterbehandeling en slibontwatering.

Elke installatie wordt op maat ontworpen en volledig in het eigen atelier gebouwd. Geen bandwerk of telkens dezelfde constructies, maar projecten waarbij technisch inzicht en nauwkeurig laswerk centraal staan. Je werkt in een klein atelierteam met korte communicatielijnen en collega's die jarenlang binnen het bedrijf blijven.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als lasser-constructeur bouw je hoofdzakelijk inox constructies vanaf technische plannen en zie je jouw werk stap voor stap uitgroeien tot een volledige industriële installatie
  • Daarnaast voer je zowel TIG- als halfautomaatlaswerk uit en controleer je zelf nauwkeurig de kwaliteit en afwerking van iedere lasnaad
  • Samen met jouw collega's monteer je pompen, kleppen en andere technische componenten, waarbij jullie grotere constructies in duo of klein team opbouwen
  • Verder denk je vanuit jouw praktijkervaring mee over technische verbeteringen en geef je tijdens atelieroverleg rechtstreeks feedback over toekomstige projecten
  • Tot slot ga je als lasser-constructeur occasioneel mee naar klanten in België of het buitenland om een nieuwe installatie te monteren of op te starten
  • Een technische opleiding in lassen, metaalconstructie of een vergelijkbare richting vormt een goede basis, al kan relevante praktijkervaring dit perfect vervangen
  • Bij voorkeur kan je terugblikken op minstens 3 jaar ervaring als lasser-constructeur en heb je al gewerkt met inox of roestvrij staal
  • Goede kennis van TIG-lassen én halfautomaatlassen is noodzakelijk, net als zelfstandig lasapparatuur instellen en staalconstructies bouwen vanaf technische plannen; lascertificaten zijn een pluspunt en kunnen ook via de werkgever behaald worden
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands is vereist omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften, interne communicatie en technische documentatie
