Je komt terecht in een moderne, groeiende technische onderneming waar kunststofconstructies volledig op maat worden gemaakt. Geen bandwerk of eindeloze series, maar unieke technische projecten waarbij vakmanschap, nauwkeurigheid en technisch inzicht centraal staan.

Wij bieden

  • Een aantrekkelijk loon volgens ervaring en technische kennis:€17 – €22 bruto per uur €8 maaltijdcheques per gewerkte dag €250 ecocheques. Kilometervergoeding (indien er verplaatsingen zijn) 40-urenweek met 38 officiële uren. Ongeveer 32 verlofdagen, inclusief collectief verlof.

Werkuren Atelier: 7u30 – 16u00 / 40u per week

Waarom deze job? Hier krijg je geen repetitief productiewerk, maar technisch uitdagend maatwerk. Je werkt met moderne machines en technieken, krijgt de kans om verschillende materialen en lasmethodes te leren en ziet jouw werk letterlijk uitgroeien tot een volledige industriële constructie. Veel afwisseling. Moderne infrastructuur. Sterke focus op ergonomie. Technische uitdaging. En vooral: werk waar je vakmanschap zichtbaar is.

Wij vragen

We zoeken vooral iemand met technisch inzicht en een hands-on mentaliteit.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd (A2, A3 of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Ervaring als kunststoflasser is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
  • Je hebt ervaring met lassen, montage of een andere technische activiteit.
  • Je kunt technische plannen lezen of bent bereid dit verder te leren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en denkt graag mee naar oplossingen.
  • Je werkt graag in team, maar kunt ook zelfstandig je verantwoordelijkheid nemen.
  • Je bent flexibel en staat open voor nieuwe technieken.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands of Engels (Frans is eveneens bespreekbaar).

Ook kandidaten met een andere technische achtergrond komen in aanmerking. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan houtbewerking, automechanica, elektromechanica of halfautomaatlassen. De specifieke kunststoftechnieken worden intern aangeleerd.
