Als Lasser MIG MAG in Lochem ga je aan de slag in een dynamische productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en precisie centraal staan. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van las- en samenstelwerkzaamheden, waarbij je hoogwaardige lasverbindingen maakt in constructie-, pijp- en plaatwerk. In deze rol is het van groot belang dat je nauwkeurig werkt volgens specificaties en tekeningen, terwijl je ook de lasparameters continu in de gaten houdt. De functie biedt niet alleen de kans om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen, maar ook om samen te werken met een team van ervaren vakmensen. Je komt te werken in een prettige werksfeer waarin jouw inzet en kwaliteit zeer gewaardeerd worden. Functie-inhoud - Je voert MIG/MAG-laswerkzaamheden uit volgens de geldende specificaties en tekeningen, waarbij je let op de kwaliteit van de lasverbindingen. - Je assembleert en positioneert componenten, waarbij je gebruik maakt van mallen en hulpmiddelen zoals bovenloopkranen en heftrucks. - Je richt en aards werkstukken en voert aflassen en het snijden van plaatwerk uit om onderdelen gereed te maken voor samenbouw. - Je controleert en rapporteert afwijkingen in het laswerk, en houdt je aan de geldende veiligheidsprocedures en werkvoorschriften. - Je werkt samen met collega’s om de productieprocessen te optimaliseren en bij te dragen aan een efficiënte workflow.

Functie-eisen - Je hebt ervaring met MIG/MAG-lassen en bent bekend met de technische specificaties van laswerkzaamheden. - Je beschikt over een relevante opleiding in de metaalbewerking of een vergelijkbare richting. - Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken, maar ook goed te functioneren in een team. - Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig om de kwaliteitsnormen te waarborgen. - Je bent flexibel en bereid om je werkuren aan te passen indien nodig.
