Zoek jij als lasser een internationale context waarin jouw vakkennis rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan hoogtechnologische machines met wereldwijde uitstraling? In de regio Beveren-Leie ligt er een uitstekende kans klaar om aan de slag te gaan bij een befaamd familiebedrijf met bijna honderd jaar historie in de natuurvezel- en vlastechnologie. Dit duurzame traject start via een interimfase die na een geslaagde evaluatie direct overgaat in een vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Je werkt in een vlot bereikbare, filevrije omgeving en bouwt via de urenregeling jaarlijks 9 extra ADV-dagen op.

Wat ga je doen?

Als lasser ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het nauwgezet TIG- en MIG/MAG-laswerk aan innovatieve machines en installaties. In een modern en hoogtechnologisch atelier combineer je beide lastechnieken om uiteenlopende constructieonderdelen met een zeer hoge precisie af te werken.

Je takenpakket is erg divers en biedt veel autonomie op de werkvloer. Samen met een hecht team van ervaren collega's zorg je ervoor dat elk onderdeel voldoet aan de strengste internationale kwaliteitsnormen. Je werkdag start vroeg, waardoor je profiteert van lange namiddagen: van maandag tot en met donderdag werk je tot 16:00 uur en op vrijdag begint je weekend al om 15:10 uur.

Om deze functie succesvol in te vullen, beschikt u over een goede kennis van zowel TIG-lassen als halfautomaat-lassen. U werkt steeds nauwkeurig en heeft een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en detail, waarbij ervaring in de metaalsector of machinebouw als een belangrijk pluspunt wordt beschouwd. Als vroege vogel werkt u graag samen in een team van ervaren vakmensen en bent u op zoek naar een stabiele werkomgeving waar een persoonlijke aanpak centraal staat.
