Wil jij als Lasser TIG/MIG beschikken over een vaste werkpost met je eigen lastoestel?

Voor een gevestigde metaalverwerker in regio Gent zoeken we een ervaren lasser voor de productie van technische plaatwerkconstructies. De onderneming maakt deel uit van een internationale groep met ongeveer 800 medewerkers en verschillende Europese productiesites. Op de Belgische vestiging werken een 60-tal medewerkers met dun plaatmateriaal binnen een sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving.

Als Lasser TIG/MIG kom je terecht in een stabiele productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, precisie en technisch vakmanschap centraal staan. Het gaat voornamelijk om seriewerk, waardoor je jouw eigen werkpost en instellingen goed leert kennen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Lasser TIG/MIG las je aangeleverde halffabricaten volgens technische tekeningen, waarbij MIG/MAG het grootste aandeel van je werk vormt
  • Daarnaast positioneer en span je onderdelen correct op en bepaal je de geschikte lasparameters volgens materiaalsoort en materiaaldikte
  • Vanuit je vaste werkpost voer je TIG- en MIG/MAG-laswerken uit en respecteer je daarbij de correcte lasvolgorde en kwaliteitsvereisten
  • Verder slijp je lasnaden op, verzorg je de afwerking en controleer je zelfstandig de kwaliteit van het geleverde laswerk
  • Tot slot zorg je als lasser voor een veilige, ordelijke werkpost en voer je waar nodig voorbereidende werkzaamheden uit
  • Qua opleiding beschik je over een technische achtergrond richting lassen, metaalbewerking of een gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring
  • Op vlak van ervaring heb je reeds praktische ervaring met TIG- en MIG/MAG-lassen, waardoor dit geen eerste kennismaking met het vak is
  • Technisch gezien kan je zelfstandig mechanische plannen lezen en interpreteren en heb je kennis van materialen, lastechnieken en correcte lasinstellingen
  • Wat talenkennis betreft kan je voldoende communiceren in het Nederlands, onder andere met het oog op duidelijke veiligheidsinstructies op de werkvloer
