Bij een maritieme automatiseringsspecialist in Schiedam stel je besturingsinstallaties op marineschepen in bedrijf. Als Lead Commissioning Engineer Automatisering combineer je technische uitvoering met de coördinatie van acceptatietesten voor nieuwbouw- en refitprojecten. Je werkt aan PLC-besturingen, drives en de interfaces met systemen van andere leveranciers. Je inzet is ongeveer gelijk verdeeld tussen Nederland en het buitenland, met Nederlandse projecten op werven in Vlissingen en Den Helder. Je bereidt de werkzaamheden voor in de werkplaats en voert samen met engineers en panelenbouwers de FAT op de proefvloer uit. Aan boord coördineer en realiseer je met je collega’s de HAT en SAT. Daarbij stem je technische koppelingen af, controleer je de werking van installaties en werk je volgens de veiligheidsprocedures. De combinatie van Allen-Bradley-PLC’s, Vacon-drives, softwaredeployment en virtualisatie vraagt om brede systeemkennis en geeft je ruimte om die verder te verdiepen binnen internationale projectteams. Functie-inhoud - Bereid commissioningwerkzaamheden voor vanuit de werkplaats in Schiedam. - Voer FAT’s uit op de proefvloer met engineers en panelenbouwers. - Coördineer en voer HAT’s en SAT’s uit aan boord van marineschepen. - Stel PLC-besturingen en drives in bedrijf voor nieuwbouw- en refitprojecten. - Deploy software en controleer de werking van besturingen en gekoppelde systemen. - Stem interfaces en technische koppelingen af met andere leveranciers. - Bewaak kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang tijdens commissioning in binnen- en buitenland. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting van technische automatisering. - Ervaring met industriële of maritieme commissioning, PLC’s zoals Allen-Bradley en drives zoals Vacon. - Ervaring met softwaredeployment en kennis van netwerken, servers, VMware-virtualisatie en PowerShell. - Zelfstandige, gestructureerde werkwijze met aandacht voor detail, kwaliteit en veiligheid. - Goede beheersing van Nederl.
