The posting

Bij een internationaal opererende elektrotechnische specialist werk je vanuit Aalsmeer aan maritieme installaties voor de jachtbouw. Als Lead Commissioning Engineer ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het testen, inbedrijfstellen en opleveren van elektrische systemen binnen internationale scheepsbouwprojecten. Je overziet de samenhang tussen power management, schakelborden, PLC-besturingen en automatisering. Daarbij stuur je het commissioningteam op locatie aan en bewaak je dat de installaties aantoonbaar aan de projectspecificaties voldoen. In de dagelijkse praktijk vertaal je specificaties naar testprocedures, begeleid je functionele tests en stem je technische bevindingen af met je team, de klant en classificatiebureaus. Je combineert zelf testen met coördinatie en zorgt voor heldere rapportages richting oplevering. Samenwerking en kennisdeling krijgen daarbij veel aandacht. Met een opleidingsbudget kun je je verder verdiepen in maritieme elektrotechniek, besturingstechniek en het leiden van commissioningtrajecten. Functie-inhoud - Commissioningteams aansturen tijdens werkzaamheden op de werf en aan boord - Elektrische installaties, schakelborden en power management systemen testen en inbedrijfstellen - De werking en samenhang van PLC-besturingen en maritieme automatisering controleren - Testprocedures opstellen en testresultaten vastleggen in rapportages - Technische voortgang en bevindingen afstemmen met klanten en classificatiebureaus - Systemen opleveren volgens projectspecificaties en afgesproken testcriteria Functie-eisen - Afgeronde opleiding Elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare technische richting - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring met commissioning in de jachtbouw - Ervaring met power management, PLC-systemen en besturingstechniek - In het bezit van VCA VOL en vertrouwd met veilig werken volgens NEN 3140 - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels - Bereidheid om internationaal te reizen; bij voorkeur woonachtig in de regio Amsterdam/Aals.
