Als Lead DCS Engineer stuur je engineers aan en ontwerp je procesbesturingen voor grote industriële omgevingen. Je werkt bij een dienstverlener in industriële automatisering en IT, met Siemens PCS7 als voornaamste DCS-platform. Je combineert technische verantwoordelijkheid met klantcontact, projectplanning en begeleiding van je team. Functie-inhoud - Leiden van DCS-projecten en bewaken van planning en uitvoeringskwaliteit - Afstemmen met klanten en opstellen van functionele en technische ontwerpen voor de DCS-architectuur - Ontwerpen en configureren van Siemens PCS7 met CFC, SFC en batchfunctionaliteit - Integreren van SCADA- en MES-systemen volgens standaarden als ISA 88 en ISA 95 - Inbedrijfstellen van procesbesturingen op locatie bij de klant - Begeleiden en coachen van junior en medior engineers - Verzorgen van technische documentatie en projectrapportages Functie-eisen - Je hebt een technische hbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of IT, of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau door ervaring - Je hebt minimaal 7 jaar ervaring met DCS-systemen, bij voorkeur meerdere jaren met Siemens PCS7 - Ervaring met ABB 800xA, Emerson DeltaV, Honeywell of Yokogawa is een sterke pré - Je vertaalt operatorbehoeften naar intuïtieve visualisaties en procesbeelden - Je hebt ervaring met projectmanagement en het aansturen van technische teams - Je communiceert soepel en beheerst het Nederlands goed - Je hebt ervaring met grote industriële procesomgevingen Aanbod - Een vast contract met salaris en pensioenopbouw; fulltime en parttime zijn mogelijk - Auto van de zaak of een mobiliteitsbonus en kilometervergoeding - Bij projectreizen langer dan 30 minuten enkele reis wordt 70% van het uurloon doorbetaald - 25 vakantiedagen met de mogelijkheid tot 12 of 13 extra ATV-dagen - Netto vergoedingen voor telefoon, internet en thuiswerken, plus een persoonlijk IT-budget van €250 per jaar - Een bijna onbeperkt opleidingsbudget, interne systeemtrainingen en toegang tot een.
