The posting

Bij een technisch engineeringbureau in Vlissingen neem je als Lead E&I Engineer de inhoudelijke leiding over elektrotechniek en instrumentatie binnen industriële projecten. Je werkt zelfstandig E&I-concepten en basic engineering uit en bewaakt de technische samenhang tijdens de detailengineering. Daarbij combineer je eigen ontwerpwerk met het verdelen van werkzaamheden binnen het E&I-team. Je houdt overzicht over de voortgang en zorgt dat het constructieteam met bruikbare, samenhangende constructiepakketten aan de slag kan. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je ontwerpkeuzes, prioriteiten en technische raakvlakken af met engineers en het constructieteam. Je volgt de uitwerking van documentatie op en bereidt de overdracht naar de uitvoering zorgvuldig voor. Je communiceert in het Nederlands en Engels en benut je ervaring om het team inhoudelijk te ondersteunen. Persoonlijke begeleiding en gerichte opleidingen helpen je om je technische expertise en leiderschap verder te ontwikkelen. Functie-inhoud - Zelfstandig E&I-concepten en basic engineering uitwerken - De detailengineering opvolgen en de technische samenhang bewaken - De werklast evenwichtig verdelen binnen het E&I-team - Planning, prioriteiten en voortgang van engineeringwerkzaamheden bewaken - Constructiepakketten samenstellen voor de uitvoering - De technische overdracht naar het constructieteam voorbereiden en begeleiden Functie-eisen - Een bachelor- of masteropleiding in elektromechanica, elektrotechniek of een relevante technische richting - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring als E&I Engineer of Lead E&I Engineer - Ervaring met E&I-concepten, basic engineering en de opvolging van detailengineering - Sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden, met overzicht over meerdere werkzaamheden - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels - Bij voorkeur affiniteit met de chemische industrie Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 5.200 en € 7.200 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een marktconfo.
