Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen klant, projectmanager en engineers, en je neemt het voortouw in complexe technische projecten. Je hebt een scherp oog voor specificaties, planning, budget en interfaces en weet hoe je een breakdown maakt van een complete machine- of productielijnen. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectmanager voor het verdelen van de werkpakketten en bent actief betrokken bij het ontwikkelen van machines. Jij bent een echte motivator met een hands on mentaliteit. Jij weet je collega's mee te nemen in veranderingen en technisch risico management. Voor het nemen van beslissingen draai jij je hand niet om.
