Bij een landelijk opererend ingenieursbureau met een vestiging in Heerenveen neem je de technische leiding over projecten in de industriële automatisering. Je werkt aan nieuwe installaties en de modernisering van PLC-, SCADA- en DCS-besturingen voor opdrachtgevers in onder meer industrie en energie. Daarbij vertaal je de projectbehoefte naar technische oplossingen, bewaak je de scope en kwaliteit en ben je het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je engineering met het begeleiden van collega's. Je bespreekt ontwerpkeuzes, helpt complexe automatiseringsproblemen oplossen en houdt planning, budget en technische risico's in beeld. Je werkt samen met specialisten in elektrotechniek, instrumentatie en automatisering en met projectmanagers. Via coaching, opleidingen en kennissessies verdiep je je technische expertise en leiderschap. Afhankelijk van je project werk je bij de opdrachtgever, op kantoor of vanuit huis, met invloed op de invulling daarvan. Functie-inhoud - Leid automatiseringsprojecten en bewaak technische kwaliteit, scope en projectdoelen - Ontwerp geautomatiseerde systemen en werk technische strategieën uit voor PLC-, SCADA- en DCS-oplossingen - Coach engineers bij ontwerpkeuzes, technische vraagstukken en hun vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling - Stem technische eisen en oplossingen af met opdrachtgevers en andere stakeholders - Beheer planning en budget en beperk technische en organisatorische projectrisico's - Los complexe automatiseringsproblemen op en borg kwaliteit met reviews en softwaretests Functie-eisen - Aantoonbaar hbo-werk- en -denkniveau en ruime ervaring in industriële automatisering - Inhoudelijke kennis van industriële besturingssystemen, zoals PLC, SCADA en DCS - Leiderschapsvaardigheden om engineers te begeleiden en technische richting te geven - Sterk analytisch vermogen en een gestructureerde aanpak van complexe technische problemen - Heldere mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie in het Ned.
