The posting

Bij een landelijk ingenieursbureau met een regionaal netwerk in Heerenveen neem je de technische regie over industriële automatiseringsprojecten. Je vertaalt klantvragen naar ontwerpen voor geautomatiseerde systemen en processen en bepaalt samen met je team de technische aanpak. Daarbij verbind je besturingstechniek met projectbeheersing: je bewaakt de kwaliteit van oplossingen, houdt grip op planning en budget en maakt technische risico’s bespreekbaar. Je combineert inhoudelijke engineering met het aansturen en coachen van engineers. In de dagelijkse praktijk overleg je met opdrachtgevers, beoordeel je ontwerpkeuzes en help je collega’s bij complexe automatiseringsvraagstukken. Je werkt binnen een multidisciplinair team met starters en ervaren specialisten aan inhouse projecten en detacheringsopdrachten, vooral binnen de industrie in Noord-Nederland. Je hebt invloed op de aansluiting van opdrachten bij je ambities. Kennisdeling en opleidingsmogelijkheden ondersteunen je ontwikkeling als technisch leider. Je werkt afwisselend bij opdrachtgevers, op kantoor en vanuit huis. Functie-inhoud - Leidinggeven aan engineers en hen coachen bij automatiseringsvraagstukken - De technische aanpak bepalen en vertalen naar uitvoerbare ontwerpkeuzes - Geautomatiseerde systemen en processen ontwerpen vanuit de eisen van opdrachtgevers - Projectplanning, budget en voortgang bewaken en technische risico’s beheersen - Complexe besturingsvraagstukken analyseren en passende oplossingen uitwerken - Technische kwaliteit bewaken en ontwerpbeslissingen afstemmen met stakeholders - Vakkennis delen en de inhoudelijke ontwikkeling van je team ondersteunen Functie-eisen - Aantoonbaar hbo-werk- en -denkniveau en ruime ervaring in industriële automatisering - Inhoudelijk inzicht in industriële besturingen en de samenhang tussen PLC, HMI en SCADA - Leiderschapskwaliteiten en plezier in het coachen en begeleiden van engineers - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht richting sta.
