Bij een landelijk opererend ingenieursbureau in Heerenveen neem je de technische leiding over projecten in de industriële automatisering. Je werkt aan nieuwe installaties en de modernisering van PLC-, SCADA- en DCS-besturingssystemen voor opdrachtgevers in onder meer industrie en energie. Je vertaalt projectdoelen naar technische oplossingen, bewaakt de scope en kwaliteit en bent het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever. Daarbij combineer je ontwerpwerk met het aansturen en begeleiden van engineers. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je af met specialisten in elektrotechniek, instrumentatie en automatisering en met projectmanagers. Je bespreekt ontwerpkeuzes, lost complexe besturingsvraagstukken op en houdt planning, budget en technische risico’s in beeld. Je helpt collega’s hun expertise te verdiepen en ontwikkelt ook je eigen vakkennis via coaching, opleidingen en kennissessies. Afhankelijk van je project werk je bij de opdrachtgever, op kantoor of thuis, met invloed op de projecten die bij je ambities passen. Functie-inhoud - Technisch leidinggeven aan automatiseringsprojecten en de scope en kwaliteit bewaken - Engineers aansturen, coachen en begeleiden bij technische vraagstukken - Technische strategieën vertalen naar ontwerpen voor geautomatiseerde systemen en processen - Ontwerpkeuzes en projectvoortgang afstemmen met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders - Projectplanning en budget bewaken en technische risico’s beperken - Complexe besturingsproblemen analyseren en oplossen binnen PLC-, SCADA- en DCS-projecten Functie-eisen - Aantoonbaar hbo-werk- en -denkniveau en ruime ervaring in industriële automatisering - Technische expertise om ontwerpkeuzes voor industriële besturingssystemen te beoordelen - Leiderschapsvaardigheden en de bereidheid om zelf inhoudelijk mee te werken - Sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen - Heldere communicatie met stakeholders en plezier in het overdragen van kennis - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van het..
