The posting

Bij een landelijk opererend ingenieursbureau in Heerenveen neem je de technische leiding over industriële automatiseringsprojecten. Je werkt aan het ontwerpen van nieuwe installaties en het moderniseren van PLC-, SCADA- en DCS-besturingen voor opdrachtgevers in de industrie en energiesector. Daarbij vertaal je projectdoelen naar technische keuzes, bewaak je de scope en zorg je dat de oplossingen aansluiten op de processen van de opdrachtgever. Je combineert inhoudelijke engineering met verantwoordelijkheid voor kwaliteit, planning en budget. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je af met opdrachtgevers, begeleid je engineers en help je complexe besturingsvraagstukken oplossen. Je werkt samen met specialisten in elektrotechniek, instrumentatie en automatisering en met projectmanagers. Kennisoverdracht en coaching horen nadrukkelijk bij je rol. Via kennissessies, opleidingen en persoonlijke begeleiding kun je ook je eigen technische en leidinggevende vaardigheden verder ontwikkelen. Je werkt projectafhankelijk bij de opdrachtgever, op kantoor of thuis. Functie-inhoud - Technisch leidinggeven aan projecten voor nieuwe en te moderniseren industriële besturingen - Technische strategieën uitwerken en vertalen naar concrete systeemontwerpen - Engineers aansturen, coachen en begeleiden bij automatiseringsvraagstukken - Scope, planning en budget bewaken en projectrisico’s beperken - Complexe technische problemen analyseren en oplossingen toetsen op kwaliteit - Technische keuzes en projectvoortgang afstemmen met opdrachtgevers en stakeholders Functie-eisen - Aantoonbaar hbo-werk- en -denkniveau en ruime ervaring in industriële automatisering - Technisch inzicht in geautomatiseerde systemen en PLC-, SCADA- of DCS-besturingen - Leiderschapsvaardigheden en de bereidheid om inhoudelijk met engineers mee te werken - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om stakeholders mee te nemen in technische keuzes - Analytisch vermogen, een ondernemende houding en plezier in kennisoverdracht - Held.
