Als Lead Engineer Werktuigbouwkunde krijg je de kans om jouw technische expertise in te zetten voor innovatieve en impactvolle projecten binnen een vooruitstrevend en ambitieus team. Jouw uitdaging als Lead Engineer W Als Lead Engineer Werktuigbouwkunde bij Unica adviseer, ontwerp en bereken je werktuigbouwkundige installaties voor multidisciplinaire bouwprojecten. Je stuurt engineers en tekenaars aan en zorgt voor de uitvoering van W-installaties voor grote, bijzondere projecten. Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: Het maken van een integraal ontwerp in overleg met architect en constructeur Het leveren van schetsen, berekeningen, ontwerpspecificaties en kostenramingen Het opstellen van een programma van eisen en het maken van definitieve aanbiedingen Het overdragen van ontwerpen aan het projectteam en het beoordelen van wijzigingen tijdens de uitvoering Wat biedt Unica jou? met ruime doorgroeimogelijkheden waarbij wij graag invulling geven aan jouw persoonlijke ambities Natuurlijk vragen we ook wat van jou Je hebt een MBO/HBO Werktuigbouwkunde opleiding en enkele jaren relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in het ontwerpen van werktuigbouwkundige installaties in de utiliteit. Je beschikt over up-to-date vakkennis en hebt gedegen kennis van producten, noviteiten en marktontwikkelingen die je toepast in je ontwerpen. Daarnaast ben je: Gestructureerd in het plannen en organiseren van diverse werkzaamheden Bekend met relevante software, normen en voorschriften Klantgericht met een dienstverlenende instelling Stressbestendig, flexibel en communicatief sterk #LI-RV1 Jouw team Bij het projectbedrijf Building Projects Noordwest van Unica, wordt de complete innovatie en renovatie van grote gebouwen en nieuwbouwprojecten in de Randstad uitgevoerd. Van de Hogeschool en Universiteit van Amsterdam, WTC in Amsterdam tot de Foodhallen in Amsterdam, allemaal zijn ze door ons voorzien van duurzame installaties.
