Job Mission In the role, the task is to Lead, develop and inspire a (natural) team consisting of a diverse group of technicians and engineers (inside and outside TF) that work towards a common goal. Roles and responsibilities The NXT system Build department is responsible for building our DUV machines The team consists out of +/- 100 people divided into 8 teams, working in a 2-shift basic working schedule, inside the TF cleanroom. The systems are manufactured according to a flow line concept where the role of the TL is crucial to ensure people follow and improve on the safety, quality and work standards, ensuring production line meets hourly, shift and daily output targets.
